The creation process begins once we receive full payment.

After your final approval, we carefully package your item and ship it via our partner, FedEx. Shipping times vary by destination but are typically around 4 business days until it reaches local customs.

Yes, we ship worldwide through our trusted partner, FedEx. Shipping costs for your country are detailed in the product descriptions and at checkout.

All brass elements are aged for an authentic appearance and then sealed with a premium, transparent varnish. This protects against oxidation and discoloration while preserving the glossy finish and intricate craftsmanship.

Our Trees of Life receive a hand-applied matte varnish, perfect for their bonsai-inspired look and feel.

This exceptional attention to detail means your piece requires no routine maintenance, it's a rare luxury in the artisan world.

In dusty environments, simply dust fabrics, brass, or glass with a soft, moist cloth. Clean the petal crowns like you would a pair of sunglasses.The wood is treated with natural oils to allow it to breathe.

If desired, you can occasionally refresh the thuja wood base of your chandelier with a natural oil of your choice using a simple cloth.

Starting with our Lotus Chandelier collection, every interior decoration can be fully customized to varying degrees. You can tweak and alter our reference Lotus Chandeliers based on your preferences, or use them as inspiration to co-create an entirely bespoke piece. Once in your home, the modular design allows for easy adjustments, the flowers are interchangeable, offering flexibility, variety, and even expansion across different spaces.

For our Flowers of Light pendants, we offer three sizes, three flower variants, and eight luxury fabric combinations. You can open, close, or adjust the internally wired petals to create your desired ambiance, adapting the shape for different occasions.

The design also supports fully customized Flowers of Light with up to twelve petals, various shapes, and an unlimited selection of luxury or personal fabrics.

For each Tree of Life, choose from five lantern sets to personalize your bonsai tree. Our artist's favorites include the Sakura, Indian Summer, Pine, and Jacaranda themes.While all standard trees fit our 45x45x45 cm handmade box, we're happy to craft a fully personalized bonsai with custom dimensions or color themes.

Our vision is rooted in the rich tradition of Moroccan craftsmanship, which guides our choice of materials. We primarily use brass (an alloy of copper and zinc) alongside high-quality glass available in four colors.

For our Flowers of Light, we incorporate intricately carved cedar wood, similar to that used in traditional furniture and ceiling decorations.

To harmonize each piece with the five elements of nature, we select accessories inspired by traditional clothing and interior furnishings.

Our luxury fabrics are sourced through a collaboration with the Moroccan brand Madurel.

The base of our Lotus Chandeliers features the rare and precious root of the thuja tree, traditionally harvested in the Essaouira region.

All materials are sourced locally to support our community and ensure authenticity.

We accept secure payments via PayPal and PayZone (for Visa and Mastercard). We can also provide a secure payment link through PayZone.

Except for PayPal, all transactions are processed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), as Sakura Living is based in Morocco.

Full payment for items from our shop collections is required before we begin the creation process. For unique co-creations beyond our standard offerings, we'll discuss and agree on payment terms before confirming your order.

During the final approval stage, we ensure your bespoke decoration meets your expectations. Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind as part of our standard policy.

We designed our boxes and packaging with great care to guarantee safe worldwide delivery, and we stand behind the quality of our handmade items.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering return shipping if needed.

Absolutely! Our atelier and guesthouse are in the center of Marrakesh's Medina.

You're welcome to stay at our guesthouse, Riad Al Ibtikar, and join informal tours of the atelier and artisan community. You'll see firsthand how every detail is handcrafted and gain insight into this vibrant world.
